Ok so I wasn't sure what to make but I'm glad I read the recipe before trying. I didn't know bread with a olive brine but I'm guessing this is not bbj^?? no butter, no lemon, no peppercorns............this was all right.
First time I have ever rated a recipe and it is a 5! Simple, easy, and good.
Easy and tastes good
Well here we have it. I made this exactly as directed and it turned out fantastically. I left my crab doo doo at the dinner table because I didn't want it to sit around too long overnight, and it actually got eaten quite easily. I was concerned there wouldn't be enough for the entire family, but everything worked out to the full 2lbs 9oz. of crab. I was thrilled because I only had 2 crabs to use, and was worried my crab would be completely barren without it. It was an awesome surprise and I definitely will make it again.
