4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 green bell pepper, seeded and quartered
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 pinch ground black pepper
1 bunch green onions, pitted, sliced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce mix
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Mix garlic powder, vegetable oil, onions, broccoli and green onions; place vegetables on top of chicken, placing chicken on bottom and all on top. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce mix to coat.
Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours. Serve with enchiladas, tortilla strips or hash browns.
I didn't like it, but it was pretty easy to make. I didn't have any minced garlic, and I think that might have made it bland. I didn't have any dried dill, and I think that might have made it stronger. I didn't have any dried thyme, and I think that might have made it weaker.
