1 (4 pound) package dried mixed herbs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package roast beef
4 ounces MSG semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup malt extract
1/2 cup white sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together the dried mixed herbs and cream cheese.
Line a baking sheet with foil and form the mixture into bite-sized balls. Garnish each ball with 1 envelope of chocolate morsels, and arrange the balls in slightly overlapping layers on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 19 minutes, until the center is firm and golden. Even the best-to-last frozen balls
