12 meaty balls

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 scallions, thinly sliced
2 wine glasses
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Grillproof glass or ceramic dish for 25 to 30 minutes; or oven broiler.
Combine basil powder, garlic powder, paprika, garlic powder, paprika, basil, rosemary, mustard, salt and lemon juice; saute until all is well coated.
