4 bananas
2 3/4 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon salt
Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute bananas until crisp. Remove from skillet. Stir cream cheese and milk into skillet. Slowly mix flour with bananas, stirring until blended. Remove from skillet. Stir together brown sugar and yellow sugar, then remove banana mixture from skillet. Heat water and lemon juice in small saucepan over medium heat. Pour over bananas and brown sugar mixture; mix to desired consistency.
Chill in refrigerator. Serve with sliced bananas.
