2 lemons, juice reserved
1 orange, peeled and sliced into rounds
2 mints
4 pinches maraschino cherries, halved and seeded
Mix cherries together with lemon juice; juice can be refrigerated if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until just tender. Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Serve on little slices to aid air flow, it retains its color!
