6 cups distilled white vinegar
8 cloves garlic, crushed
6 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
16 ounces beef (1/4 cup croutons), cut into 1 inch cubes
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 bagirte
1/2 cup sharp cumin seeds
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root...
2 slices lemon
chopped fresh parsley
In a mixing bowl combine distilled white vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil, paprika, salt and oregano. Mix well. Spread mixture into ready to serve dish or pan. Sprinkle with bread cubes and croutons.
Dredge beef cubes in oil, and spoon over sauce. Refrigerate at least one hour, or overnight, before serving.
