It wasn't bad but I would have preferred a bit more sweetness. Like a lot of other reviewers have said, the dressing I used was a bit too sweet. I would have preferred it if it were a bit more straightforward about the coloring. For instance, white takes much longer than it looks and when it is finished, I'm not sure it is very sweet (although it should be pretty sweet, due to the processing involved in the dough.) There were also some small inconsistencies in the dough I used (like the one above) - I made a lot smaller circles, in the video, I'm showing you how to do this, but in reality, I used a little larger circles, because I had some serious scaling issues when it was small, and I did have to vary the recipe size a bit, because the center line on a baking pan was getting a little too small for my taste, and I wanted to shrink it. Anyway

I omit the mint and grapefruits, and it is still yummy! I used 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of curry powder, and it turned out FANTASTIC. I'm not a fan of yeast bread, so I leave the bread alone and just fold it in half before transportation. I have already had requests to make it again, so I won't be making it... :P
