1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces shredded Mexican cheese
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, EACH taco's seasoning packet, bell pepper, onion, green bell pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream and Mexican cheese. Mix together and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Place taco shells on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove shells from oven; place in broiler pan. Broil 1 to 2 minutes on each side, flipping shells over once. Serve hot.
I give this 5 starts as it was so easy and delicious.(I mean how can you go wrong...coffee, cream, sugar...yum). Do as the recipe instructs and nothing else works for me. it's: Recipe Index 1.0 no bueno. the dough directions are a bit unclear / unclear what to do next. should I just leave it out or work on it......quick and easy.
