2 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (2 to 3-inch) piece celery leaf, halved
1 (15 ounce) can diced peeled and sliced apples
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped carrot
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
Place chicken breasts on grill. Brush with celery leaf and onion. Spread diced apples over chicken. Add chicken, carrot and lemon juice.
Lightly oil grate. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes or until chicken and vegetables are tender.
