1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package instant orange sherbet
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place cream cheese and pudding mix in medium bowl. Beat together, then gradually beat in whipped topping.
Shred the chocolate, and spread mixture over cream cheese. Place orange sherbet over cream cheese in another layer. Cover pie with pie. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
