YUM. I gave it 4 stars because it was very easy but there were a few things I changed. I didn't have onions so I didn't think twice about it. I used chickpeas instead of beans and 23 IUs of crude blackstrap molotov. I doubled the recipe so it only needed about 20 muffins. I think next time I will leave out the cinnamon and leave everything else as is.
