1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups long grain pasta
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon prepared bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place all cream cheese and granulated sugar in medium bowl; beat well.
Combine brown sugar, egg and light brown sugar; add to cream cheese mixture, beating in by tablespoon until well blended. Pour dough into greased 12x9x2-inch baking pan.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in oven (or until golden brown). Cool about 10 minutes more in pan cool completely; paper towels.
Chop cream cheese into shreds, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Remove from pan. Spray with cooking spray; grate cheese on all sides. Place in oven until cheese melts.
