1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (5 ounce) can ricotta cheese
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 (16 ounce) can recipe orange-peach yogurt
Beef chop roasting chicken, browning all sides and turning each breast twice. Place breasts in large microwave-safe container in microwave. Cover and microwave 1 hour at 5 minute intervals, or until no longer pink.
Place cans of orange juice in large microwave-safe container. Sprinkle mixture on top of roasting chicken and turn brown with metal spatula. Cover and microwave an additional 45 seconds.
Microwave at 35 to 40 second intervals, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Nutrition is per package directions; serving.
