2 cups water
2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons butter, softened
2 cups honey
1 cup cinnamon
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped pecans
In a large saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Stir in baking powder, salt, and butter. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in honey. Remove from heat. Stir in cinnamon and coconut.
Stir brown sugar into cinnamon mixture, stirring constantly. Add cinnamon pecans and pecans. Mix well. Chill at least one hour.
Heat butter, brown sugar, pecans, pecans, and brown sugar in large skillet over medium heat. Mix thoroughly and pour into filling. Chill in refrigerator.
