1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup HERSHEY'S 100% Pure Pumpkin
1/2 cup HERSHEY'S 100% Pure Chocolate Chip
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and egg until smooth. Beat in the flour and baking powder; mix in the pumpkin, chocolate chip and HERSHEY'S 100 percent Pure Pumpkin. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
