2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons minced onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
Heat oil in large skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic; saute for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, rosemary and sage. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from heat. Cool chicken, turning once, and slice into 2 inch cubes. In a large bowl, combine oil, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Transfer chicken to a large platter and refrigerate.
