2 cups white wine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium saucepan, whisk together white wine, olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, garlic powder, salt, garlic powder, sugar, dijon, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, rosemary, mozzarella cheese, and oil and pepper them. Pour sauce over pizza and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
Remove pizza from oven and place on pizza stone. Cook an additional 10 minutes in oven. Serve with pesto sauce.
