1 pound sweet potatoes
1 (4 ounce) package frozen cut potatoes, thawed
1 (6 ounce) can refried beans
1 (1 ounce) package salsa
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry milk powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 tablespoons molasses
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mash sweet potatoes and cut into cubes. In a saucepan, combine potato, refried beans, salsa, onion, chili powder, dry milk powder, seasoning salt, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Transfer mixture to a lightly greased 11x7 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with oil and pepper spray. Serve warm.
