1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (16 ounce) package broccoli florets
1 (3 ounce) package yellow mustard mix
1 (1 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (12 ounce) package marshmallows
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup dry milk powder
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
In a large bowl, mix the mixed vegetables, broccoli, yellow mustard, pudding mix, marshmallows, eggs, oil, dry milk powder, sugar, milk, lemon zest and lemon juice. Chill in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes. Roll the mixture into oval rolls or round rolls. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap or parchment.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread the filling mixture evenly over the cold rolls and place them in the prepared baking dish. Brush the tops of the rolls with lemon juice and place 2 inches apart onto the baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Allow rolls to cool completely before cutting and serving warm.
This is the best French toast I have ever had, served and ate. Seriously, good quality bread and butter. I will be making this again.
