Irish Style Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) can sliced pecans, drained

Directions

Melt the butter and milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the vanilla pudding mix. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and pour mixture into 1-quart jelly-roll pan. Spread pecans evenly over pudding layer. Chill before serving.

I followed the recipe exactly except for the basil which I had forgotten to purchase. I followed the recipe exactly and it was very good--sounds very different than the BBQ I've ever tried.
