Beef and Cheese Chunk Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can whole peeled spinach, drained

1 (5 ounce) can tomato paste

1 tablespoon margarine

1 egg

1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 cup milk

1 (4 ounce) can whole peeled mushrooms, drained

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper

3 tablespoons butter

6 eggs

1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 pound beef chunks, cut into 1 inch cubes (to make layers)

2 tablespoons margarine, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan.

This was really good and fairly quick to prepare. I did have a large can of apricot kraft which I used. I also had some fresh cilantro which I added. I just ended up using garlic powder because I was afraid it'd be overpowered by the amount of apricots in the fridge. Either way, it was good and I'll definitely make it again!!!
