1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
3 eggs
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups boiling water
1 frosting
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon grated orange zest pie filling
1 cup raspberries
In a small bowl, combine eggs, oil, water and egg mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour into pastry shell and Chill at least 1 hour.
Frost pie with 2 teaspoons vanilla and grated orange zest pie filling before serving.
