1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate syrup
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon instant lemon extract
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, mix the chocolate syrup, pudding mix, milk, lemon extract and pineapple with juice. Pour over pie filling in 12 (8 ounce) containers.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 85 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and cool on racks. Allow to cool completely.
