1 large onion, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium stalk celery, chopped
1 2/3 cups water
1 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon rice flour
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
4 (3 ounce) cans tomato soup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
Place onion, carrot, pepper, celery and water in a medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until tender. Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar; quickly reduce heat.
Stir briefly in garlic powder and chili powder; continue cooking over medium-low heat until caramelized; thinly spread sauce over ribs.
I followed the recipe exactly,all that jazz. I used chicken broth and it was pretty good,but not enough for very long.
