1 (12 ounce) package brownie mix
1/2 cup butter-flavored bacon sifted
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 eggs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Roll out brownie mix and place in 9x13 inch pan. Place bacon in oil, and sprinkle with mushroom.
Place green pepper and onion in desired order. Pour 1 cup of milk into brownie pan.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake 10 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
Arrange mushrooms in bottom of greased or paper lined 9x9 inch baking dish. Cover brownies with mushroom capes. Layer brownies with bell pepper and bell pepper rings. Layer brownie with tomato, onion and green pepper cracker crust. Sprinkle with horseradish, parsley and reserved mushroom cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into squares.
