1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 onion, chopped
salt to taste
1 small pineapple, peeled and sliced
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 cup sliced almonds
10 fresh fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
2 cups shaved fresh parsley
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup white sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Layer 1 cup cream cheese in bottom of small pot. Sprinkle 1 cup flour over cream cheese slices. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup flour, onion salt, sugar, salt and pepper; spread over cream cheese slices.
Bake in preheated oven for 2 to 3 hours, or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm.
