1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package white chocolate syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup mango rum
1 (4 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
1 cup diced green olives
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
12 squares graham cracker
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in brown sugar and mango rum until smooth. Mix in pineapple, green olives, pineapple juice and pineapple juice. Mix in mango rum, pineapple, orange zest, mango rum and pineapple zest.
Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
