5 pounds boneless pork roast
1 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
8 slices American cheese
1 cup sliced Provolone cheese
In a large pot, saute pork and onion until cooked through. Stir in salt, pepper and olive oil. Cook over medium heat until pepper is completely removed. Add Parmesan cheese to brown slightly, stirring until the cheese is melted. Pour about 2 inches of this mixture over meat.
Reduce heat to medium-low, and heat through. Cover, and heat through
