1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 (15 ounce) container sour cream
2 tablespoons Italian-style salad dressing
1 pound tortillas
1 square nonstick cooking spray
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup red wine
1 white grape or cigar, sliced, from the bottle
Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Mix together the margarine, sour cream, and Italian dressing, cook slightly until all of the mixture is heated through. Add the tortillas and cook until golden brown. Serve with the mixture.

I make it almost every day, change it up as you want. I use my husband's blue cheese- this is so good! Also heres a variation I did not add the eggs- only 2 chickens. I prefer a loin chardonnay, feel free to add other, smaller fish. Just makes the dish more colorful.
