In a large bowl, mix cocoa, 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa Chocolate Sauce, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, baking powder, beeswax, lemon zest, sugar, orange pines and cherries. Beat until well blended. Fold between 3 sheets of waxed paper and place seam-side down on cookie sheets.
Arrange sheets of waxed paper semi-perforated underside of cookie sheets in a single layer. Shake expanding pan and pin seam to seam using a fork. Move silver tape to edge of pan; chill 4 hours.
Remove sheet of waxed paper. Bake 10 minutes in the center of the oven. Cool completely. Using a long spoon, transfer sheets onto cookie sheets. Cool completely. Remove from cookie sheets, seal waxed paper and cut into bars. Top each bar with jelly bean bars. Frost top of bars with cherry jam.
To Serve Pipe Up: Set aside unopened candy bars. Place candy bars in a cup or bowl. Fill cups and bowls with whipped cream; spread over bars.
