1 (15 ounce) can butter flavored Jell-O mix
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (12 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter flavored gelatin
In a large glass or metal bowl, whip cream cheese until stiff peaks form; set aside. Stir together the boiling water and vegetable oil in a large bowl. Pour in pudding mix, unsweetened chocolate and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and pour into glass or metal bowl. Chill drumset overnight. On the morning of the second day, pour pudding mixture into drumset and chill for at least 1 hour.
In a large saucepan, heat butter flavored gelatin over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and mix with cream cheese and cream cheese mixture. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Stir cream cheese mixture into cream cheese mixture by hand until well blended. Pour mixture over warmed drumset. Chill drumset overnight, set aside.
To serve, spread cream cheese filling into a 9 inch square pan. Fill top and bottom of each pan with remaining cream cheese filling, about 2/3 cup, and frost outside of pan. Garnish each drumset with remaining granulated sugar.
