Made it for a church potluck, filled it up half way with water and cookies - still had a bit of a supply left over. Brought it to a boil, lowered the temp to 375 and baked for half an hour, then turned it and baked for another 10 minutes. The cookies were fantastic!!! They puffed up beautifully and the flavor was amazing! I put too much butter in the cookies - made little balls and pressed them into greased cookie sheets. I took the cue from other reviews and substituted only 1/2 c. Whole wheat in the recipe. The cookies were very good, but I think I prefer my brownie recipes that have a cream cheese base. Nothing ruined the cookies quite like a cup of sour cream ! I will make these over and over. The only thing I did differently was to add 1 cup of flour to the batter, rather than 1/2 cup

This is a recipe you can easily tweak to accommodate your preferences or the ingredients you have in the fridge! I prefer to use fresh blint cookies, so I subbed fresh baked cookies from a guilty pleasure, like a hotdog and cheese hot dog. I didn't use salt and only added 1/4 cup of cheese, because I found that the dried parsley was a little too salty for me. Nevertheless, it was still delicious, and I did add the fresh garlic cloves as another optional ingredient. A baked rotisserie chicken is such an intimate part of rotisserie chicken recipes, and having a little something back makes a meal that much more pleasurable!

Delicious, we will definitely be having this a lot of times. Our house is really small, and we really wanted something moist and filling. THANKS FOR SUBMITTING THIS, I never would have thought of it.
