1 quart water
5 lemons
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Morton's Shambels
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
In large saucepan, bring water, lemons and 3 tablespoons flour to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 60 to 65 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in puree of lemon and dissolve sugar. Pour into wine glass glasses and hand over cuts or sirloin beef. Garnish with lemon rind, Toast or grated lemon rind if desired. Serve chilled or refrigerate.
