Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 onion, quartered

1 cup red curry leaves

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon curry powder

2 tablespoons cardamom

2 bunches fresh parsley sprouts

1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger root

1 tablespoon chopped pimientos pepper

1 quart beef stock

Directions
