1 cup Guinness
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle classic Irish cream liqueur
1 tablespoon honey
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
salt and pepper to taste
25 entire reds (1 pound)
1 pint yellow cake yeast
Place creamed tortillas, 1/2 cup cold milk, 1/2 cup dry milk, 1/4 cup white sugar, and eggs in small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; boil some more. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate sauce, honey, salt, season with salt and pepper. Whisk together. Raise heat to medium-high. Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder. Reduce temperature to low; cook for 3 minutes. Stir in milk; simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour half of mixture into each tortilla, fold top two or three times, so that it is no longer square in center.
Bake, in preheated oven, for 8 to 10 minutes. About 15 minutes. Cool before serving.
