1 (.25 ounce) package cream cheese
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place cream cheese and chicken in a medium bowl. Mix well. Roll chicken into 1 inch thick strips; cut 2 strips from each strip. Wrap each strip around the cream cheese and chicken. Lay strips in a single layer in a medium baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven and cook on the stove. Serve with a sprinkle of the egg equivalent of the cream cheese sauce. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
When you return the chicken strips to the oven, cook for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink, and juices run clear.
