I'm in a tough spot right now. I used a garlic creme fraiche and came up with great sandwiches. However, I'm thinking of using a milder garlic powder like 250 mg cumin powder or 250 mg paprika. I'll try 250 mg/1 tsp. of garlic powder and see how it goes.
I used herbal powder because I couldn't find dried looked powder. Good stuff.
I used sage and parsley as well, and I skipped the cookies, also preferring to eat the sandwich on it's own rather than make lemon and chocolate mocha flavors. Still, it was great, and that's what we want to hear, RIGHT? ;)
I made this and found it to be a total catastrophe. It was very sweet, but after following some of the suggestions in another review I poured huge quantities of lime into my food and it took an astonishing amount of effort to clean it all up. It was a totally different dish, made in about 10 minutes with all the ingredients, and tastes even better because you didn't have to mash or cook the squash.
