Place onion and green bell pepper in large bowl. Heat butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until tender but still firm. Remove bell pepper and cook 1 minute, stirring. Scatter yellow squash over cheese. Place baking sheet into prepared pan. Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
