1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt to taste
In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, horseradish, horseradish sugar, oregano, salt, black pepper, and salt (depending on your taste). Mix until smooth. When it's ready to serve, dip each pastry piece into the sour cream mixture along the stream of the pineapple. Place in plastic bag.
