I used leftover bananas and coconit and coconut, and about a cup of powdered milk. I didn't have any whipped cream. I didn't have a cookie, so I just put the dry ingredients in there and then put the rest in my piping bag with a large tip, than filled the cupcake paper up half way with the dough. Then, I just twisted the top of the cupcakes and popped them in the oven for about 20 min. They came out of the oven just as my bananas were turning golden. They were absolutely delicious! I will definitely make these over and over. They were easy, and I will use my bananas again!

I have made this twice and absolutely love it. I put the brownie mix in my piping bag with a large tip, than filled the cupcake paper up half way with the cake batter. Inserted the tip of my piping bag into each cupcake and squished me out some brownie mix into the middle of each one. Frosted with store bought chocolate frosting, YUM!

This is a wonderful pie! I made it for a Christmas party, and it got rave reviews. I only changed one thing: I added 1/3 cup coconut milk and 1/3 of a peeled and cored egg. (I always use 1/3 cup of coconut milk, and the reviews were unanimous that the egg needed to be peeled and cored.) The coconut cream just layers on top, and you can't taste it. My boyfriend loved it and everyone I know would too.
