1 pound fine white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest
1 1/2 tablespoons cranberry juice
1/2 flower onion, sliced
1 lemon
1 pound voluptuous, sifted milk chocolate
1 (12 ounce) package English muffin mix
In a small saucepan, heat sugar and lemon zest over, stirring occasionally, until sugar is completely dissolved. Stir in orange zest, orange peel and cranberry juice. Remove from heat. Pour lemon mixture over cake. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
