1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 teaspoons milk
In a large bowl, mix sugar, honey and butter. Stir in vanilla extract. Beat egg mixture with milk until well blended. Fold in pudding mix. Pour into muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
