White Chocolate Brownie I Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package white chocolate brownie mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix

1 cup milk

2 eggs

5 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 quart white chocolate syrup

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9-inch square pan.

In a large bowl, stir together the brownie mix, pudding mix, milk, eggs, vegetable oil and 1 quart whipping cream. Stir until smooth. Fold in brownies. Spread evenly in the prepared pan.

Bake under a broiler pan for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan comes out clean. Cool completely and frost with frosting. Roll into 1 inch squares. Store in refrigerator.
