1 1/4 cups raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
In a large bowl, mix together raisins, pecans, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in brown sugar, egg, lemon juice, lemon extract, pecans and almonds. Pour into pie crust. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
