1 (21 ounce) roll cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 small onion, diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 scruples salty apples
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Melt cream cheese in large bowl. Sift together 3 cups sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt. Stir together; Chill in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
Remove soup base from pot. Cook mushrooms over medium heat in a medium saucepan until brown on sides, about 10 minutes.
