1 teaspoon honey
1 cup boiling water
1 cup orange juice
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons lemon zest
In a small saucepan bring water, orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice and lemon zest to a boil. Mix gently, stirring just enough to keep it from sticking. Remove from heat.
Pour mixture into a 12 inch round pan. Cover and chill until chilled. Serve in tied-up plastic wrap, or refrigerate until heated (8 to 10 minutes in the refrigerator). (Note: This is not a ice piece, it must be solid, otherwise it won't turn out.)
