1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup vegetable oil
2 (10 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup white sugar
1/2 cup dim sum paste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the mayonnaise, vegetable oil, chicken broth, brown sugar and white sugar. Mix together and stir into the saucepan. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring, until the mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the chicken bouillon. Pour into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
