Blueberry Almond Saute Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup flax seeds

2 large onions, sliced

1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup butter

2 cups blueberries, blanched

1/4 cup clear blueberries

4 cups cooked, but not frozen, orange juice

1 cup cranberries

Directions

Combine flax seeds, onions and peppers in a blender or a food processor or blender. Blend enough to resemble coarse mixtures. Prepare the yellow oil and add to the blender/processor or processor or blender add butter or margarine. Pulse vigorously to break clumps and to oil mixture.

Whirl flour and blueberries. Mix well. Transfer to a clean plate and mix together with vegetable oil. Stir in cranberries, blueberries and orange juice. Spread mixture evenly into the broiler pan or slow cooker.

Bake, uncovered, in preheated broiler pan for 90 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve warm or cold or at room temperature, depending on your preferences.
