1 (6 ounce) package vanilla flavored cake mix
1 cup coffee flavored creamer
1 (18 ounce) can instant espresso coffee
In a medium bowl, beat the cake mix until well blended. Mix in coffee creamer. Place 2 cups of coffee mixture into the bottom of a large resealable plastic bag. Pour coffee mixture over cake. Seal bag and place in a freezer bag. Shake bag to shake thoroughly. Cut bag into 1/2 inch squares. Shape into 1/2 inch squares. Place 2 tablespoons of sugar in center of each square. Place 1 teaspoon of creamer filling over cake. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
